I believe it is convex (corner pointed outward, right?) because there is a person leaning out of the left window.
you can also see a window sill thingy under the windows.
It’s actually both.
The optical illusion is best looked at this way:
Hold your hand over the top and look at the bottom, then hold you hand over the bottom and look at the top.
