  Because they added medical hospital thingy streets lol so then that lowered the number of deaths and increased the number of injuries :)

  cars cannot drive in the buslane so their would be less accidents

  Since there were more ambulances around then they could get injured people to the hospital quicker so then there were more injuries and less deaths
