A friend was getting a sick friend’s things out of his locker since he didn’t have time to get them on the way out of school.
He didn’t want to give the code to the locker directly. So, he wrote this on a piece of paper.
The friend was perplexed, so he put each number in the lock, but it didn’t work. He looked at the paper, and after five minutes, he opened the locker and got his sick friend’s books, papers, etc.
What was the combination to the lock?

HINT: XXVIIIIVXVII
the answer is 24, 22, 9. the friend got rid of every number that repeats themselve, leaving the first one behind.
That is incorrect. Look at the hint above and try again.
28 – 4 – 17
28 = XXVIII
4 = IV
17 = XVII
Correct Ice Princess.
28-4-17
The numbers represent letters of the alphabet, that are also roman numerals:
24 = X, 22 – V , 9 = I
So: XXVIII = 28, IV = 4, and XVII = 17
You are today’s winner.
