Evil Botanist

There once was an evil wizard. He took three women from their homes and turned them into rose bushes that looked exactly alike. He put them in his garden.

One of the women had a husband and children and begged the wizard to let her see them. He agreed. That night he brought the woman to her house. In the morning he came and took her back.

That morning, the husband–overcome with grief–decided to go rescue her. So he snuck into the wizard’s garden. He looked and looked at the three identical rose bushes trying to figure out which one could be his wife. Suddenly he knew the answer and he took his wife home. How did he know which rose bush was his wife?

He walked around all three bushes until one of them jammed a thorn in his backside.

  • Nope! That’s not it. Keep guessing.

  • Ice Princess

The wizard dude (or was it the guy?) took the woman at night, and returned her in the morning. Thus, she was the only rosebush there without dew.

P.S.: this evil wizard must have been fairly nice to let the woman go and see her husband and kids like that :D

  • Dude

    You are exactly right, Princess.

His wife’s bush was the only one without “dew” on it.

    You’re today’s winner.
