John and Bill wanted to play one game of Ping-pong. The first player to reach 21 points wins the game. John is 20% better than Bill.
Bill said to John, “well, you’ll win if we score the usual way, because you’re 20% better than I am.”
“How do you want us to score then?” Asked John.
Bill replied: “Any point I score will be counted as 1.5 points and for you a point will be only one point, Do you agree?”
“OK,” said John,”but I`ll start the first serve.”
Each player serves three points in a row and then switches server. Now, who won that game?

John because he is 20 percent better than Bill.
Nope, that’s not it.
In theory they would be tied 21-21 For every 5 points they play John will win 3 points and Bill will win 2 points but with the bonus of 1.5 for every point he will also have 3 points. Most likely John will win the last point of every 5 points so Bill will win 21-20.
