When they minted the coin how did they know it was BC?
When they minted the coin how did they know it was 154 BC?
Nothing. It’s not legal tender.
Now if it had been a large gold coin dated 154 B.C. that may have some value!!
The same thing that anything is worth. Exactly how much someone is willing to pay for it. However, others are right that it’s a fake since the BC/AD dating system didn’t exist at that time.
Anant, you are today’s winner!
The coin is fake, the dating system that uses B.C. and A.D. wasn’t created until the year 525. So it is essentially worthless.
