They are Siamese Twins and as a result the brother of the left would be doing all the driving in Chicago, while if they move to London, the brother on the right would have to do all the driving.

Cars in america have the wheel on the left side and in Europe its on the right side so since presumably one always sits on the right and one always sits on the left the brother on the right would start driving everywhere now
