My first’s in desk but not in table,
My second’s in willing but not in able,
My third’s in urn but not in pot,
My fourth’s in care but not in thought,
My fifth’s in window but not in door,
My sixth’s in many but not in more,
My seventh’s in leave but not in away,
My whole means something to do with day.
What am I?

diurnal
Thank you for helping me learn that diurnal means “daily”, as in a daily cycle.
The adjective diurnal, used to describe something having to do with day or something that is done daily.
