On a hot sunny day at 1 pm I parked my car and went to gym for 2 hours. When I got back in my car the front seats were not hot but the back seats were.
Which direction my car was parked?

Unless there’s some trick here, and the car had a large rear window, untinted, your car was parked facing east….the afternoon sun would come in that window and at least warm the backs of the rear seats.
Front end west.
Facing south-west
I’ll guess East, with the afternoon sun shining in the back window (which is facing West) and heating the back seat.
Depending on time of year and location (like the Arctic circle) the sun could be shining almost directly north at 3pm, so I could be facing South and have the sun shine over the front seat into the back.
I like the question!

Togram, you are the winner!
Toward East,
after 1 pm the sun is more toward west. Parking toward east will give more shade to front seats because the sunlight is entering from rear mirror.
