Assuming the monkey could speak and was looking at at least one of the other monkeys, it would answer one. Fact is, even though you can see multiple monkeys, you can only be looking directly at one at a time, therefore only one.

OR none. If it is facing the corner, then it can’t see anything. BUT if it isn’t facing the corner it could be 3, because it would see the rest. But monkeys can’t talk, but anything is possible in a scenario like this. :)
