• Taylor Mali

The one that is an actual triangle.

• Crabman

The first one, because the second is not technically a triangle and has an area of 0.

More: The former is a right angle (90 degree) triangle. As you increase the hypotenuse the angle becomes obtuse and the triangle flattens. At the angle approaches 180 (and the length of the hypontenuse appraoches 700), the area approaches 0. When it is 700 you no longer have a triangle, just a line.

• Taylor, you are today’s winner!
1. A triangle with sides measuring 300, 400, and 500. The other triangle cannot exist!
