The one that is an actual triangle.
The first one, because the second is not technically a triangle and has an area of 0.
More: The former is a right angle (90 degree) triangle. As you increase the hypotenuse the angle becomes obtuse and the triangle flattens. At the angle approaches 180 (and the length of the hypontenuse appraoches 700), the area approaches 0. When it is 700 you no longer have a triangle, just a line.
