  well the statement may be biologically true. the info provided is not sufficient enough to get to the inference.So the statement is false logically

  This is not a valid statement. Some flowers do fade quickly but roses are not the only type of flowers and so it is not necessarily true that roses fade quickly. In other words some flowers does not mean all roses.

  False, though, given more facts, it could be true…if the “some fade quickly” refers to some in all species of flowers.
